This two-story office building has a ground-floor lobby and open-plan office space on the first floor. The development has recently been approved, which means we are in the phase of preparing building approval documents.

It was a very small block to work with and challenging in the sense of the requirements for traffic and parking as well as waste management. We also wanted to minimise the impact on the adjoining residential units.

Overall, this development has been an excellent outcome for our client and was a great collaboration for us with the town planner, Bespoke P&D, and Empower Engineers.
