Introducing 'Waratah House,' a new build designed to be flood resilient for a flood-affected block in Graceville.

Currently, in the design phase, we have been working closely with Hydraulic engineers from CWD Group to ensure all the flood overlay requirements are met.

The home will have a modern appealing façade with lots of glass panelled windows facing toward the park across the road.
